How it works?

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are currently experiencing a high level of enquiries and do not always have capacity to offer free telephone advice in all cases. We will however do our best to give some advice via email where appropriate.

Please see below for further details on how it works.

Call us

Please call us. Our team will take some core details about your case and they will be passed to our legal team for assessment

Submit Claim Now

Please submit your case details via our online form and this will again be passed to our legal team for assessment.

What happens next…

We are able to offer free advice in cases which we consider viable and which have crystallised (ie are at a stage where the legal process can be commenced).

If your case falls into this category, you can expect to receive a call from one of our team to discuss your case further and if, following these discussions, we remain of the view that you have reasonable grounds for commencing a case, we will refer you to one of our lawyers.

In other cases, for example where you just need general advice, your case is not clear or it appears complex, we may invite you to make a paid telephone appointment with Tom or one of our other lawyers.

We offer flexible appointments at very affordable rates, please click the links below to make an appointment:

This means that, irrespective of your financial situation, you should be able to access legal advice.

Free Advice for Benefit Claimants

If you are currently claiming Universal Credit and/or Jobseekers Allowance, you can book a free ten minute appointment. In order to arrange this, please submit details of your case online and send a recently dated copy of your benefits paperwork to mail@tomstreet.co.uk. We will then send you a link to make free appointment.

FURLOUGH & COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are currently experiencing a high level of enquiries and do no have capacity to offer free telephone advice in all cases. If you have been effected by furlough, we are offering a reduced rate telephone consultation so you can get advice from a solicitor today (*if appointments are available).

We cannot guarantee that we can help, but we will try to give you as much advice as we can to assist with your situation.

NB. Please only use this link if you have been effected by furlough issues and COVID-19.
