What happens next…
1. Free advice
We are able to offer free advice in cases which we consider viable and which have crystallised (ie are at a stage where the legal process can be commenced). Once your case has been assessed, we will let you know whether or not you are eligible for free advice.
If your case falls into this category, you can expect to receive a call from one of our team to discuss your case further and if, following these discussions, we remain of the view that you have reasonable grounds for commencing a case, we will refer you to one of our lawyers, usually on a no win no fee basis.
2. Paid advice
We are unable to offer free advice in all cases, for example where you just need general advice, your case is not clear or it appears complex, we may invite you to make a paid telephone appointment with Tom or one of our other lawyers.
Please note, this does not mean that we may not eventually take you case on, on a no win no fee basis. In some cases it requires a more in depth assessment prior to making this commitment to you.
